Six days of swim, bike and run technique and performance coaching by Duncan Grainge focused on helping you become the best triathlete you can be. Train in the warm weather of the stunning canary’s islands on the island of Fuerteventura.

Dates are 30th of March through to the 6th of April.

The camp is for all athletes: from first-timers to Age-Group contenders. The personalised approach means that the camp is as suited to Olympic distance athletes as it is to 70.3 or Long course athletes.

We swim at the 8 lane 50m pool, run on coastal paths, bike on quiet roads, complete intervals on the athletics track behind the dedicated resort of Playitas. The Playitas Resort has been voted one of Europe’s top triathlon training centres by professional triathletes, coaches and specialised publications, and it’s where the triathlon elite prepare for the season and provides the flexibility for all the sessions that we need, from brick repeats to longer easy rides, open water swims meters from the resort and swim analysis in the olympic pool.

A typical camp week will include 18-22 hours of training across all three disciplines. Under the guidance of a world class coach you will cover everything from open water swimming, videoed pool swim analysis concentrating on technique, beautiful rides with majestic climbs and rolling roads, to running effectively off the bike and seminars on fuelling and recovery, with a focus on building your base with the correct balance of speed work, everything you need to excel in your season ahead.

The price for the week's training camp is £ 605.00, excluding flights and is per person. Use the contact form button to find out more or email us at dg@sisuracing.co.uk
